NJSIAA Sectional Championships - South Gr. 1&4 February 13th, 2016
The girls showed up ready to compete at this year's SJ Group IV Sectional meet.18 season best perfromances were seen. The meet started off with a bng as Brianna King lowered her own freshman record in the 400m to 61.89. Rachel Kodluk, Joelle Wash, and Julianne Gallagher all posted lifetime pr's in the 55m hurldes. Gabby Moraschi ran lifetime pr's in both the 800m and the 3200m. In the 3200 she lowered her own freshman record to 12:03.41.Kayla Fericy saw a season best jump of 7'6" in the ple vault. Sophia Eick also had a great race in the 3200m lowering her best time by 11 seconds. The night ended with the quartet of Brianna King, Meghan Waninger, Jess McAdams, and Morgan Clark running a season best time in the 4x400m to place 4th out of the unseeded heat. The relay team moves on to compete at the Group IV State meet.
