This year’s Group 4 Sectional Championship looked a little different than normal—it became a three-day meet. With the NJSIAA unable to secure a venue with an eight-lane track and multiple jumping pits, the meet moved literally down the road to Lenape High School. South Jersey Group 4 Sectionals was upon us and the girls certainly rose to the challenge before them. We went into Sectionals down one of our top distance runners, as Alyssa Suriano had sprained her ankle on ice a few weeks ago, but that didn't stop the girls from putting on our second best performance at Sectionals in school history.
